2023 Membership & Fundraising Drive

Help us reach our $20,000 goal this May!

Our community has supported our Market House for 153 years. Together, we can preserve our history and grow our future.

 

As a Friend of the Market House, you'll directly support upgrading our kitchen space in the main market, the Café at the Market House! We envision the Café will offer continued weekend brunch menus, cooking classes, pop-up dinners, and a certified, rentable kitchen.

Some of the upgrades include:

​

  • A new counter that includes walk-up customer seating

  • A second stovetop and oven

  • Replacement of the wash sinks

  • Kitchen equipment and appliances

​

Funds not spent on the café will go directly toward our building and equipment upkeep. 

Did you donate last year? Thank you again for your support. With our 2022 campaign, we were able to purchase two produce coolers and DOUBLE the amount of produce offered in the 2022 season over the previous year. We also added electrical capacity for food trucks to join our farmers markets and events, and hosted a number of different trucks throughout the past year.
