Pure Maple Syrup

 

What makes Old State Farms so special?

 

We use time tested methods built on family tradition to produce our pure maple syrup. Our batchs are small, 50-100 gallons at a time, which gives us more control over the flavor development of our syrup.

 

How/why did you begin doing what you do?

 

I tapped trees and made syrup on my parents farm when I was a boy.  It just grew into a spring tradition.  Once you have pure maple syrup you can never go back to the imatiation pancake syrup.
